Pricing

Every organisation is different. Some need light-touch bookkeeping and reliable routines, while others need regular reporting, VAT, payroll, Gift Aid, finance admin and operational support. These packages give you a starting point for the level of support that may suit your organisation.

The right package depends on turnover, transaction volume and complexity. A smaller organisation with payroll, restricted funds, VAT, grants or several income streams may need more support than a larger organisation with very simple activity.

The examples below give an idea of the sort of support included within each package, but services can be flexible depending on the needs of your organisation.

Sustain

From £165 pm

For smaller or simpler organisations that need reliable bookkeeping and basic finance routines.
  • Turnover up to £50,000
  • Up to 75 transactions per month
  • Monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
  • Accounting software set up/maintenance
  • Payroll and pension for 1 employee (one-off set-up fee)
  • Quarterly reporting
  • VAT returns, Gift Aid, finance inbox support, HMRC/Companies house compliance and admin support available as add-ons

Develop

From £420 pm

For organisations with more regular activity, more income streams and a need for clearer reporting.
  • Turnover from £50,000 to £325,000
  • Up to 150 transactions per month
  • Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation twice per week
  • Accounting software set up/maintenance
  • Payroll and pension for up to 3 employees, with additional employees as an add-on
  • Quarterly or monthly reporting
  • VAT returns and Gift Aid included
  • Finance inbox support included
  • Companies House and HMRC compliance support included
  • Admin support available as an add-on

Transform

From £825 pm

For organisations with higher complexity or wider operational needs with specific support needed.
  • Turnover over £325,000
  • 150+ transactions per month
  • Daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
  • Accounting software set up/maintenance
  • Payroll and pension for up to 10 employees
  • Quarterly or monthly reporting
  • VAT returns and Gift Aid included
  • Finance inbox support included
  • Companies House and HMRC compliance support included
  • Admin support included

*Payroll is monthly only. Year-end accounts and Corporation Tax support may be available for small charities, CICs and limited companies, or provided through liaison with your accountant in the Develop package. Final pricing depends on complexity, systems, transaction volume and the support required.
